We thank you for your interest in the Minka Group^® of companies.  We are comprised of five companies in the decorative lighting and fan industry.   Our company is made up of Minka Lavery^®, Minka Aire^®, Metropolitan^® , George Kovacs^® and Ambience^®.

International Sales Conditions:

• Minimum order is a container, quantity (size to be determined) with a minimum of 200-300 pieces per item / finish (as determined).
• Currently product is available in 120v but certain items can be produced in 220v.
• All product is UL or ETL listed and certified.  No CE certification is available.
• Socket base of product is to be determined by product destination (at an additional charge).
• No bulbs are supplied with any product.
• Terms are FOB / China or FOB Corona , CA / Concord, NC as determined.
• Payment terms are a 50% non refundable deposit at time of order. The remaining 50% due prior to shipment.
• All orders are non cancelable.
• Performa invoice can and will be supplied.
